Chinna here with a thought to share. It's funny how life gives you what you really want. People (some people) may think that life is throwing them lemons or they just have bad luck, and others look like they have the midas touch (every thing they touch turns to gold)...but really what you feed.. grows. I was reading something that gave me a ah ha moment & I'll share a little bit of this with you. As children we are taught to go to school, get a good education, go to work & retire (conform) to society standards. I asked my daughter what did she want to be when she grew up (5 yrs ago) and she said a doctor. I asked why & she said she wants to make alot of money! It sounded ok to me at the time. She never mentioned she wanted to practice medicine or help sick people. My logic didn't recognize that if it's money that she love maybe she should be a banker...humm, what a thought. My point is this, GOD has blessed everyone with an innate powerful talent & natural skill that from day one we are being DEPROGRAMMED to do. I look around and I see so many beautiful, talented people who are scared of their power (or are comfortable not being & doing what they were born to do). I challenge everyone (including myself) to go where they haven't been to do what they were meant to do. I'm talking about deep within yourself & let the GIANT (within you) lead the way. It will not be easy..but it's well worth it & it's NEVER to late. GOD Bless : )

Happy New Year Everyone! It's time to recommit to your plan... your life : ) I was on a millionaire mentorship call tonight and WOW, it was an eye opener! The speaker said to go through & reflect on all the things you did RIGHT this year. He said that people generally reflect on all the things they did wrong (so they won't do it again) and start the new year on a negative note. He said millionaires reflect on the things they did right... hummm, I never knew that! 2011 has been a great year! I met some awesome people that I never would have met if it wasn't for network marketing. This is just a short little post, because I have much work to do, but let me leave this on your mind. This millionaire speaker said, when you make your goals...don't go telling everyone (your true goals for the year). He said tell ONLY the people who can help you reach them! Today I want to touch on a very important organ that we need to focus on to succeed in network marketing & life! As many are aware, the fruits & vegetables we eat are no longer as nutrient sufficient as they were in the past. I read a very good article and I'm going to summarize it in my own words. the reason being is I changed most of the content to my own BELIEF in the Word . I know this is a touchy subject, but I'm inspired daily to help others pursue their GOD given talents & excel beyond what they ever thought was possible.

The Holy Bible is the eternal guide for success in every facet of your life. The network marketing industry should NOT be an exception. Jesus gave us the perfect networking model. He recruited twelve men, taught them the principles & sent them out to recruit others with the worlds most valuable message (Salvation) that promises blessings for this life & the life to come. A product which is so costly that no one could afford, which he himself purchased with his life here on earth. Just like in Network marketing, he offers a free gift to all who WILL ACCEPT it & yet multitudes of people reject the greatest offer of eternal life.

So my friends, don't get discouraged because just like people have rejected Jesus message, some will reject yours. You will find the people who are looking for you & what you have to offer. People missconstrue the message of this industry. Some often believe it's about getting rich. It's really about helping others become who GOD created them to be, which is GREAT.

We all hunger to be accepted for the way that WE ARE. Few people ever are brave enough to be themselves completely when dealing with other people.

As a psychologist expressed it " No one has the power to reform another, but by LIKING the other person as HE IS, you give him the power to change himself."

The second A stands for Approval. This goes a little further than acceptance. It goes beyond tolerating anothers' faults and finds something positive that we can like. The third A stands for Appreciation. This is magic, because when we appreciate a person, it raises their value.

The Real secret of an attractive personality is to offer OTHER people the food they are hungry for. People are as hungry for certain things as flies are for honey.

So, let’s say “Linda” joins “THE GURU” with all the training…

Linda gets 100% of the training the way it was intended…

the information… hmmm… wonder why so many quit?

If you do fail (quit) it will be because you never plugged into the training and made

Yes, I know this topic has NOTHING to do with free resources for your business! I know this. I promise I will give you more free tools then you will know what to do with. I want to first tell you a little secret. I haven't done my blog in a 5 days (since monday) ! yep, it's true. I've been reading everyone elses blogs & WOW, they are awesome. I learned something this week. When I take the time to get to know the person behind the picture, the blog, the post, magic starts to happen!

When you eliminate your agenda & learn about the other persons dream & fears, you will know from your intuition that comes from our Infinite Power that this person is special & you can help them. If they are more skilled, you can learn from them & build a relationship & when the time is right, you will have a like-minded business partner for life!

Laying The Groundwork For Your Business

In Network Marketing or other business ventures, you must design your network. I recommend that you have an information network, a support network & a referral network. This is laying the groundwork for your business.

The first network you will want to build is your information network. This consists of people in your profession, authors, trainers, consultants & members of professional organizations.

The second network you will want to build is your support network, who will help & encourage you. This consists of mentors, people you have mentored, family, friends & your team.

Low Cost Advertising For Your Home Business Offline

I was on a awesome training with my network marketing company & I would like to share this great information!
If you're building your business ONLY online, you're missing half of the boat! Why? Because most networkers only market online. There are alot of people who are not online who are looking for a better way to be able to provide for their family.I'm going to share some low cost advertising to get your opportunity in front of a lot of people offline.These are tried & true methods that have ALWAYS worked & always will work.

1. Vehicle Lettering: Make sure your car is clean. It doesn't have to be an expensive car.
Make sure you have a call to ACTION. Back window works best.

2. Drop Cards: It's viral marketing & make sure you have a call to action.

3. Pull Tab Fliers: Put in grocery stores & bulletin boards with contact info for more information

4.Fish Bowl: Restaurants & small businesses. Offer drawing for free lunch (example). People will put their business cards in the bowl.

5. Yard signs: Basic info with a phone number. Put it where the most traffic is!

6. Audio CD at the toll booth: Pay toll for car behind you, ask attendant to explain to the driver what you did & hand them your CD & business card to the driver.

7. Donate library books: Have your info inside the book. For example, your name & title & what you do in your business with contact info.

What Does Americas Top Model Have To Do With Building My Business?

Yes, America's Top Model is what I said! Since I was doing the 30 day mental cleanse, I couldn't watch TV. That ended last week so, I watched a show with my daughters called, yep, you guessed it (americas top model). To make a very long story short, I'm going straight to the end of the show & tell you that it was 2 girls on the bottom (one was about to get kicked off), because in the show it can only be one top model. We know in real life that just isn't true, but back to the story. Tyra Banks said to one girl that she was consistent but had an attitude & the other girl had the beautiful face & body but no confidence & then she said it! A lesson told to me before but this time I heard it, I saw it & understood it!

Tyra said CONSISTENCY will always win over being better! WOW, an ah-ha moment! That applies to business & life. That was just an itty bitty nugget for my fellow network marketing friends!

No that wasn't me! "For millions of people goal setting doesn't work." Said by multimillionaire Joe Shroeder! I'm going to write some excerps from his book "Discipline Of Doership" which in chapter eight he explains how to cement your dreams in stone. He talks about all the seminars & life coaches people buy & dream boards people make & it's a waste of time! WHAT!!!!!! Well WHY? Here's his answer.

"Because what shows up gets in their way, almost everytime, screws them up . It's called RESISTANCE. It's called life. It's called they don't BELIEVE in the very fantasies they tell themselves!"

Chapter 15 How To Outwit The Six Ghosts Of Fear

This chapter makes me dig deep. Time of me writing this lesson I'm not finished with my self evaluation. So far I instantly recognized my fear of criticism. I have been diligently working on those symptoms that I recognise in myself. At first I didn't trust myself enough to accurately DO the self analysis on myself. I called a friend of mine who has known me since I was 14. She has seen all my successes & my failures as well. I consulted with my Infinite Power in Prayer & when I was finished, I knew this was a job I had to do myself.

Ok, back to my fear of criticism. I have had these fears since I was a teenager. These symptoms (self-consciousness, lack of poise) I recognized long ago. But something smacked me in the head when I examined the SYMPTOMS of the fear of poverty. I received three punches in the stomach, (Procrastination, Indifference & Doubt)! They have latched on to me without me being consciously aware. I don't know when that happened & I'm not going to focus on that. I will however finish this self evaluation & implement the PROPER use of my desire to eliminate my symptoms. My Infinite Power & I will work on eliminating my fears. Napoleon Hill said it best when he said " All you can control is your state of mind." I deliberately surround myself with beautiful people who influence me to think & act for myself. I appreciate Michael & Linda for the Mental Cleanse because it's therapeutic. Everyone has a purpose & a birthright to be happy & live the life of their dreams. Discovering my fear enlightened me about what was holding me back in my network marketing business. Thanks Mastermind Group for sharing your brilliance.

What One Can Do To Increase Their Chance For Success In Network Marketing

It's very important that you take self inventory of yourself. Get healthy. Eat healthy foods, take your vitamins & drink plenty of water. I say this is first because you will need a massive amount of energy when you start in this industry. It's important that you organize and prioritize EVERYTHING. Most people work full time outside of the home in the beginning, until they can create enough income from home. Cut negative people & things out of your life immediately. I call them energy vampires because they drain you after a 10 minute conversation, you know what I'm talking about. Find two great mentors who have the success you want & model them. Be coach-able with an open mind, but never ignore your sixth sense, everyone has one. Never neglect your family for your business or your success will elude you. Seek out personal development and never stop educating yourself on the industry & your target market. Last but not least, develop great people skills. If you have that and are average in the other areas, you still will accomplish your goal faster than someone that can not build relationships. Remember, people follow people, NOT companies or products. Believe in yourself and visualize already having success and you're half way there! If you are struggling to find people to talk to, give them a free tool to help them build their business (or free e-book, training,ect). Enjoy building your business. If it's not fun, you're not doing it right!

Thoughts: Thoughts are things - well at least they can become things. Everything begins with a thought. Books that have really helped me get my head right and attract the people and situations that I want are The Secret, The Power of Positive Thinking, and Think and Grow Rich.
Words: Words are powerful. They can make or break people. This is the power of prayer and affirmations. T. Harv Eker's, The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind talks about making declarations and Anthony Robbins' books like Awaken the Giant Within are heavily influenced by neurolinguistic programming.
Actions: Nike's timeless slogan is "Just do it," and that is what is necessary. You have to do something. Books like The Science of Getting Rich tell us step by step what to do to achieve desired results. Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People is also an excellent read on things to do to achieve success.
Habits: Stephen Covey reminds us in his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the right actions to make habitual so that we can achieve success in uncommon hours.
Persistence: Persistence, particularly in the face of adversity, is what helps of earn our desired outcome. The universe must be paid in full, and this debt must be paid in advance. Feeling pain and fear and doing it anyway is what turns us mere mortals into the champions that we aspire to become.
Result: Everything that we do or don't do will lead us to this outcome.
