The Law Of Diminishing Results

On my capture page I tell people, 95% of network marketers don't fail, they quit! Ask me why. This is the answer........

Has it been like this for you?

So, let’s say “Linda” joins “THE GURU” with all the training…

Linda gets 100% of the training the way it was intended…

AWESOME… Linda’s off to the races…

Linda uses the training to find David…

Linda is busy working full time and has a bit
of an “I know it all” ego and decides to give
David ONLY what she “thinks” is important…

Now David thinks he’s plugged into training but he’s
only getting 70% of it... he’s off the races and finds
Nathan…

David travels a lot and can’t help one on one with Nathan,
and David has a bit of a lazy habit and only gives Nathan
what “he thinks” is important and now Nathan has 55%…

Nathan struggles…


But finds…
Ashley… and Nathan is scared of his own shadow…
No self confidence, doesn’t return his calls from Ashley
and emails her a snippet and couple links to “his training”…

Ashley is stuck with only 35% of the total training offered
by the team… Ashley complains that she’s stuck and not
moving…

This is…
THE LAW OF DIMINISHING RESULTS…

The goal of any successful  Network Marketing
organization is to get everyone the same information
that is responsible for the “top people” becoming the
top people.

But in reality and most times, in most network marketing
organizations, when the top person (100% of the information)
asks someone down on their fourth level a question about
group development, that person down below has 5-20% of
the information… hmmm… wonder why so many quit?

So, the law of diminishing results has raised its ugly head.
That’s because you have people overcome by their own egos
and beginners (blind) teaching (the blind) other beginners.


If you do fail (quit) it will be because you never plugged into the training and made
it a staple for your growing group to adhere to.

There Are Brilliant People Everywhere. Where Did They Come From?

Yes, I know this topic has NOTHING to do with free resources for your business! I know this. I promise I will give you more free tools then you will know what to do with. I want to first tell you a little secret. I haven't done my blog in a 5 days (since monday) ! yep, it's true. I've been reading everyone elses blogs & WOW, they are awesome. I learned something this week. When I take the time to get to know the person behind the picture, the blog, the post, magic starts to happen! 

When you eliminate your agenda & learn about the other persons dream & fears, you will know from your intuition that comes from our Infinite Power that this person is special & you can help them. If they are more skilled, you can learn from them & build a relationship & when the time is right, you will have a like-minded business partner for life! 

Now, you are in for a treat. I found a blog that I read this week ( I can't even count how many blogs I read!) that was my favorite of them all. I'm reposting it here! It's written by Franco Gonzales

People ask: 

-"how can I find leads" 
-"how can I get prospects" 

"I" "me" "I"... 

In this arena, to succeed and find all the people you'll ever need you need to re-train your brain to think like this:

 -"How can I serve more people?"
-"How can I learn something today that I can share with others and serve them?"

The entrepreneur always thinks from a standpoint of "how can I serve" and "be the value" to someone else...

From that angle... you can then open your eyes and all of a sudden, there are people everywhere...

 -Down the street (farm a neighborhood with post cards or flyers or booklets)

 -On facebook (over 500 million and lots of networkers

-On ezinearticles.com

It's a sublime change of mind from:


 "Who the heck is going to help me?"
"Please help me, me, me..."
"I need this... I need that..."

"What can I learn today to add value to myself and share with others?"

"What are people asking about? How can I serve them by showing them to some info?"

That's how people move...

That's how people influence...

That's how people serve...

And that's how boards move... when people move...

Laying The Groundwork For Your Business

In Network Marketing or other business ventures, you must design your network. I recommend that you have an information network, a support network & a referral network. This is laying the groundwork for your business.

The first network you will want to build is your information network. This consists of people in your profession, authors, trainers, consultants & members of professional organizations.

The second network you will want to build is your support network, who will help & encourage you. This consists of mentors, people you have mentored, family, friends & your team.

Last but not least, you will want to build your referral network. These are the people who are your customers/clients, people you do business with, people whose business would benefit from yours & people you have given referrals to.


To have a successful, thriving business, you will need visibility, credibility, & profitability. Creating the networks I've discussed will have you off to a great start!

Low Cost Advertising For Your Home Business Offline

I was on a awesome training with my network marketing company & I would like to share this great information!
If you're building your business ONLY online, you're missing half of the boat! Why? Because most networkers only market online. There are alot of people who are not online who are looking for a better way to be able to provide for their family.I'm going to share some low cost advertising to get your opportunity in front of a lot of people offline.These are tried & true methods that have ALWAYS worked & always will work.

1. Vehicle Lettering: Make sure your car is clean. It doesn't have to be an expensive car.
Make sure you have a call to ACTION. Back window works best.

2. Drop Cards: It's viral marketing & make sure you have a call to action.

3. Pull Tab Fliers: Put in grocery stores & bulletin boards with contact info for more information

4.Fish Bowl: Restaurants & small businesses. Offer drawing for free lunch (example). People will put their business cards in the bowl.

5. Yard signs: Basic info with a phone number. Put it where the most traffic is!

6. Audio CD at the toll booth: Pay toll for car behind you, ask attendant to explain to the driver what you did & hand them your CD & business card to the driver.

7. Donate library books: Have your info inside the book. For example, your name & title & what you do in your business with contact info.

8.Tag line on your voicemail.

9.Put your flyer in mailings: When you receive mail with the paid postage, put your flier in there & mail it back (it's free)!

10. Help wanted ads: In your local community there are community news letters & journals. Some have free advertising & others you will have to pay. You will be surprised how many papers will let you advertise for free!

I would like to say that a lot of people are hurting financially . Just because they aren't on the internet doesn't mean we as networkers can't help them with their pain! Start with your community!
